1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Wucummezwu's auto service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Wucummezwu provides professional auto maintenance, repair, and diagnostic services in Malaysia. All services are performed by qualified technicians at our facilities located at 188 Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur 50400, Malaysia.

3. Service Liability

Wucummezwu is not liable for vehicle damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper use, or accidents. We provide services in accordance with industry standards. Customers are responsible for regular maintenance.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
• Warranty on parts and labor is 30 days from service date

5. Warranty & Guarantees

We guarantee workmanship for 30 days. Parts carry manufacturer warranty. Damage from misuse or neglect voids warranty coverage.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before scheduled service for full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur 50% service fee.

7. Data Protection

We collect vehicle and contact information for service purposes only, in compliance with GDPR and Malaysian data protection regulations. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wucummezwu's liability is limited to the service cost paid. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
